LED face masks

LED (light emitting diode) therapy is finally getting the appreciation its long deserved. With the rise of influencers showcasing their morning and evening routines with the obligatory shot of them with their red light mask on, I’ve gotten more and more questions as to which at-home face mask is the best. What should I be looking for when choosing a mask? What are the differences? And I’m not one to gatekeep.
